If you wish to cancel a visit
FOR CONFERENCES / LARGER EVENTS, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
The entire conference / event may be cancelled free of charge no later than 2 months prior to arrival (excluding the booking fee)
If the conference or event is cancelled 59–30 days before arrival, 50 per cent of the confirmed event cost must be paid.
If the conference / event is cancelled 29–7 days before arrival, 75% of the confirmed event cost must be paid.
If the conference or event is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, 100 per cent of the confirmed event cost must be paid.
The final and binding number of participants must be notified to Rønnede Kro no later than 8 days before the event. Minor changes (other than to the number of participants) may be notified up to 24 hours before the event. If the number of participants is increased after this deadline, this number will be binding and will form the basis for invoicing. Payment – Net cash on departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Rønnede Kro reserves the right to charge a booking fee in advance of the event for the safety of both our guests and ourselves. The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but will, of course, be deducted from the total bill.
We must also point out that when hosting party events at Hotel Frederiksminde, where not all our rooms are booked, the music must be turned down considerably at midnight and switched off completely by 1.00 am at the latest.
FOR TABLE BOOKINGS OF UP TO 8 PEOPLE, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
Cancellations or reductions in the number of guests must be made no later than 48 hours before the booking itself via
info@r-kro.dk or by telephone on +45 4422 3000.
Cancellation of the reservation less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee of 1,000 DKK per person. Reducing the number of guests at any time after the above deadline may incur a fee of 1,000 DKK per person.
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO TABLE RESERVATIONS FOR 9–19 PEOPLE:
Cancellation of a booking for 9–19 people must be made in writing no later than 2 weeks in advance to info@r-kro.dk
In the event of cancellation of the booking or a reduction of more than 10 per cent after the above deadline, Rønnede Kro may claim the following:
– up to and including 5 days before the booked event takes place, the restaurant may claim compensation equivalent to 50 per cent of the minimum per-person price.
– If cancellation or a reduction in the number of place settings occurs less than 5 days before the event is due to take place, the restaurant may claim compensation equivalent to 75 per cent of the minimum per-person price.
Minimum per-person price: DKK 1,000. – Cancellations or reductions in the number of place settings are only valid upon our written confirmation.

FOR EVENTS / CONCERTS / NEW YEAR’S EVENTS / TAKE-AWAY:
In accordance with “Section 17(2) of the Act on Certain Consumer Agreements, cf. Section 9(2)(2a)”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Ticket, card and any administration fees are non-refundable.
Online purchases of food and drink are not covered by the right of withdrawal, cf. the Consumer Contracts Act – scope of the right of withdrawal, Section 18(2)(12).
