Banquet buffet

All our buffets are served as shared dishes at the table in three servings.

Served for a minimum of 20 people. 450 DKK per person, including our sourdough bread and butter.

SPRING:
Whipped crab salad with chives, crème fraîche, and herb salad.
Hand-peeled Smögen prawns, lemon mayonnaise, and cress.
Veal rump with pickles and fried onions.

Salads with mustard vinaigrette and toasted seeds.
New potatoes with herb vinaigrette.
Free-range pork with garden greens and gravy.

Rhubarb compote with whipped cream and ladyfingers.

SUMMER:
Salted scallops with peas, rye bread, and herb salad.
Cold-smoked Icelandic salmon with fennel and herb cream.
Veal tartare with parsley cream and pickled vegetables.

Salads with mustard vinaigrette and toasted seeds.
New potatoes with herb vinaigrette.
Free-range chicken with garden greens and blanquette sauce.

Berry crumble with 48% crème fraîche.

AUTUMN:
Cold-smoked Faroese salmon with horseradish cream and pickled cucumber.
Hand-peeled Smögen prawns, lemon mayonnaise, rye bread, and cress.
Chicken salad with pickled asparagus and mushrooms.

Salads with mustard vinaigrette and toasted seeds.
Veal fillet with garden greens and peppercorn sauce.
Potatoes with herbs and shallots.

Spiced carrot cake with cream cheese and vanilla.

WINTER:
Salted halibut with chive cream and green tomatoes.
Hot-smoked salmon with cucumbers and herb salad.
Veal tartare with tomato-based sauce and pickled vegetables.

Salads with mustard vinaigrette and toasted seeds.
Confit duck leg with kale and gravy. Potatoes with herbs and shallots.

Old-fashioned apple cake.
