If you cancel a visit
FOR CONFERENCES / LARGE EVENTS, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
The entire conference/event can be canceled without cost up to 2 months before arrival (with the exception of the reservation fee).
If the conference/event is canceled 59-30 days before arrival, 50% of the confirmed event cost must be paid.
If the conference/event is canceled 29-7 days before arrival, 75% of the confirmed event cost must be paid.
If the conference/event is canceled less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the confirmed event cost must be paid.
The final and binding number of participants must be communicated to Rønnede Kro no later than 8 days before the event. Small changes (other than the number of participants) can be communicated up to 24 hours before the event. If the number of participants increases after this deadline, this number will be binding and will be the basis for billing. Payment – Net cash upon departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Rønnede Kro reserves the right to charge a reservation fee prior to the event for the security of both our guests and ourselves. The reservation fee is non-refundable upon cancellation of the event but will naturally be deducted from the total bill.
We must also point out that for hosting parties at Hotel Frederiksminde, where not all our rooms are booked, the music must be significantly lowered at 24:00 and completely turned off no later than 01:00 out of respect for the hotel’s other overnight guests.
FOR TABLE RESERVATIONS OF UP TO 8 PEOPLE, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
Cancellation or reduction in the number of people must be made no later than 48 hours before the reservation at info@r-kro.dk or by phone at +45 4422 3000.
Cancellation of the reservation later than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee of 1,000 DKK per person. Reduction in the number of people, at any time after the aforementioned deadline, may incur a fee of 1,000 DKK per person.
FOR TABLE RESERVATIONS FOR 9-19 PEOPLE, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
Cancellation of a reservation for 9-19 people must be made in writing no later than 2 weeks in advance at info@r-kro.dk.
For cancellation of the reservation or reduction of more than 10% after the above deadline, Rønnede Kro may require the following:
•Up to 5 days before the event, the restaurant may require compensation equivalent to 50% of the minimum cover charge.
•Later than 5 days before the event, the restaurant may require compensation equivalent to 75% of the minimum cover charge.
Minimum cover charge is 1,000 DKK. Cancellation or reduction in the number of covers is only valid with our written confirmation.

FOR EVENTS / CONCERTS / NEW YEAR’S EVENTS / TAKE AWAY, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
According to the “Act on Certain Consumer Contracts § 17 para. 2 cf. § 9 para. 2 no. 2a”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Ticket, card, and any administration fees are non-refundable.
Online purchases of food and beverages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Contracts Act – right of withdrawal area, § 18, para. 2, no. 12.
