Sunday Brunch
Every Sunday we offer the Inn’s Sunday brunch
Served in small bowls and dishes on the table in our beautiful banquet hall
The brunch is served with arrival at 10:00 or 10:30.
The brunch basically consists of:
Organic yogurt from Thise with muesli & honey
Sourdough bread with spelt, rye bread & butter
The Inn’s salmon with juniper, dill & herb salad
Hand-peeled shrimp, lemon mayonnaise & cress
Cold cuts from Öxneholm
Green salad with mustard vinaigrette & seeds
Nut cream with roasted hazelnuts
Brunch sausages with lovage from Öxneholm
Scrambled eggs from organic eggs from Stæremosegård with chives
Warm liver pate & bacon from Öxneholm
Danish cheeses from Arla Unika
Jam from the season’s harvest
The Inn’s pastries
DKK 325 per person including coffee/tea and juice ad libitum
DKK 160 for children under 12 years
