Events, concerts and functions
Payment
When booking events, concerts, special dinners, New Year’s Eve takeaway menus and other events at Rønnede Kro, payment is taken immediately upon booking.
This is because we reserve seats, ingredients and staff specifically for the event in question.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets or events with a fixed date, in accordance with Section 18(2)(12) of the Consumer Contracts Act.
The purchase is therefore binding, and the amount will not be refunded if you change your mind about your booking.
Cancellation or changes by Rønnede Kro
If an event is cancelled by Rønnede Kro, the full amount will be refunded automatically.
In the event of significant changes, such as a new date, we will of course contact all guests directly. You may then choose to attend on the new date or receive a refund.
Cancellation by the guest
As a general rule, tickets and bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
However, if you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your tickets to other guests. Simply contact us at info@r-kro.dk.

Rooms and stays
Payment
When booking rooms and stays at Rønnede Kro, payment is due at the time of booking.
The total price and the services included in the stay are stated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellation
Rooms and stays can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before arrival or fail to arrive, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@r-kro.dk.
Changing your booking
If you wish to change the date, number of guests or other details of your booking, please feel free to contact us.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in a change in price.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive late.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included where this is specified for the selected room or stay.
Stays with dinner
For stays where dinner is included, the menu is put together by the kitchen using seasonal produce.
Please inform us of any allergies or other dietary requirements at the time of booking so that we can accommodate these as best as possible.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome in some of our rooms. You must therefore inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog.
A surcharge of 250 kr. per stay applies if you bring a dog.
Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or the inn’s other indoor communal areas.
Smoking
Rønnede Kro is smoke-free indoors. Smoking is therefore not permitted in the rooms.
A cleaning charge of 5,000 kr. will be levied for smoking in the room.
Damage
Guests are liable for any damage to the room, furnishings or other facilities caused by deliberate or negligent behaviour during their stay.
