The meal will be served in three courses, as individual dishes at the table.

Curry herring with egg, onion and cress
Smögen prawns with lemon mayonnaise
Deep-fried flatfish with remoulade and lemon
Terrine with coarse mustard and pickled beetroot

Roast spare ribs of free-range pork with red cabbage
Confit duck leg with gravy
Medister sausage with green cabbage

Risalamande with cherry sauce

495 kr. per person

Add gravad lax with mustard sauce: 65 kr. per person
Add meatballs with pickled vegetables: 55 kr. per person
Add two types of cheese with compote and crispbread: 65 kr. per person

Must be pre-ordered before arrival and ordered for the whole table.
